Gems pays R438 for a high risk pregnancy specialist visit. According to their scheme rate, gynecologist should be paid R438 for each visit. To me its not fair coz i have to pay the difference although I don't use all my funds yearly and pregnancy is a something that happens rarely. They take my money and not provide a service for me. 😭😭
