Gems is a major disappointment

I am at a loss for words at this point, it’s like every time I need help I must jump through hoops and be disappointed. I have chronic back pain because two disks are out of place and pain meds were declined and the sad thing is I can’t have an operation because of my bmi so I must live with this with no help
