GEMS IS A ****
I was a member of GEMS until they increased the money i was paying with R1700 then I decided to cancel it as it was expensive for me, especially for the fact that I also have to pay each an every hospital that was visited by me or my kids, now using my husband's medical aid(GEMS), They don't want to give me my chronic medication anymore, I sent my prescription on the 1st week of October until to date i haven't received my chronic medication. Is this a medical aid or an abattoir?
