Gems is a *******!

An unrelated beneficiary was added to my mother's medical aid and my sister, who is her dependent was removed. We do not know this Dlamini that was added and have been trying to have it sorted. They add and remove dependants as and when they feel like it- and the strange is that the premium does not change to indicate this change in dependants. My sister is currently removed from the medical aid but the premium includes her cost. We have been trying to get this sorted since September. They always say wait for an SMS/ call. This is Nonsense! Think long and hard before choosing Gems as your medical aid, the incompetence is harrowing.
