GEMS *****ing money from pensioners

I've been having an issue since January 2025 and its now March but I've been sent from pillar to post with regards to equipment that the medical aid is refusing to buy. I've submitted Doctor's recommendations but the medical aid is always advising some team leader will call me back but it 3months now!. But they' are debiting the monthly even now but when we require assistance to cover us nothing is been done. Bad Bad Medical aid! Not sure why is this government medical scheme is for if it can't help its senior citizen members who can't afford but they are taking money from them
