Gems *******ly and **********ly took out money from my account - if not resolved I am going the legal route

Hi sadly my dad whom was the main member passed on and we decided to add my mum as the main member and I paid the costs for the time period between the period dad passed on to the time we received the letter with notification that Mum had just 3 mnts more to pay contributions and she would be all set. This 3 mnts has been hell as Gems tried taking out Around R28000 in may then R21000 in June then now July They took out R24670. Please note once this happened all my debit orders were returned as they had taken the money out. I called yesterday the contributions department and told them this is ***** then after like 30 mins they realized that the payment proof of the time period from death to the 3 mnt time frame was on my dads closed medical aid - this was for around R18500 and the lady tells me now it will bring the R24670 Amount down. Firstly this is ***** - I asked the lady what am I paying R24670 she does not know. I then ask why do they try and take out varying amounts - she does not know - but says all will be sorted now cos the found proof of payment on my fathers closed medical aid. I then asked who would pay for the debit orders that were returned and she did not bother to answer. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she cut me off. No reference number. The last installment was to go off but due to Gems **********ly taking out R24670 the installment was rejected so yes for the 3 mnts they were also taking out the installments. I have sent an email to complaints again no response. My mums medical aid has been suspended as they say it’s in arrears. The contributions department knows nothing they are a bunch of people whom have not finished school. They cannot speak answer or transfer you to a supervisor.
