GEMS has Poor Administration

It's been 4months and I have been sent from pillar to post. They do not want to pay for the claim of my surgery which was authorized. I owe hospital, lab and specialists... I am not happy with their service HORRIBLE! *********** and their administrative pipeline is so u professional. Claims department are the Rudest and decline codes which authorization department approved.
