GEMS has gone to the dogs

Felicia Manuel has not responded with any reasons for the loss of my multiple applications for an ex-gratia payment.<br> My wife's application for the same time has been processed.<br> This has impacted on my credit rating.<br> This has been ongoing since May 2014 and I have lost faith in GEMS.<br> Only 2 years ago I could not fault their service.
