GEMS. Great gesture, but bad follow through

So explain to the members how you have the option for collection of multivitamins at the nearest convenient pharmacy and when you go to collect. There is nothing. All the pharmacists say that you send 100 units and notify 1000 clients. That makes no sense. It's ok. Keep your multivitamins. It's a great gesture, but the follow through is of typical government quality.
