Gems give us death wish

I am sick of Gems promises.i was subscribed meds for hyperlipidaemia over a month ago. Still waiting for the meds. My daughter has anti phospho lipid syndrome and during Covid they don't deliver meds on time and even proper dosages. Is this medical trying to Kill us.......
