GEMS - Fundiswa a breath of fresh air and professionalism
After a few hiccup calls trying to process a claim with Gems, today I came across and incredibly calm, competent, professional lady called Fundiswa at the Service Provider Claims Department. A potentially frustrating situation for myself got more than I expected from Fundiswa. To say that she went out of a way is not accurate, she did her job exceptionally, making sure she held all the other departments accountable for their non-service that affected my claim. Thank you Fundiswa sisi. You are an exception. You do your work with pride and incredible dedication. I wish I could get through to you every time I call Gems. Keep well.
