Good day

My medical aid is suspended, according to me my contribution is paid correctly and up to date. You will see a email from GPAA that they have paid all my subsidy amounts, even paid more according to them in January 2020.

I have spoken to Pinky Ndlovu (ref ***1-I7 on the 4/1/2021 at 08:20, she informed me that I am in arrears with an amount of about R3000, but she went with me through every payment that I made and GEMS received which were correct according to her, she then said she will send it for further investigation.

I then did not hear anything from her so I phone again on the 12/1/2021, which then a Lerato phoned me back on 13/1/2021 and said I am now R1400 behind, it shows that January 2020 payment were not made, and she then made arrangements with me to pay this amount in six months. I had to pay I hear her say R208.00, which I did pay on the 15/1/2021. I then again phoned GEMS on the 22/1/2021 I spoke to a Hugo which looked on my account and said that that amount should be R280. He informed me that when I paid the difference between R208 and R280 I can email the proof to him at ***, which I did.

He indicated that he will send it to Lerato. He also indicated that I will receive an sms which indicates that the suspension is lifted.

I mean I am with GEMS since 1/12/2006 and my account were never suspended, now it is suspended, although all my payments were done, I have enclosed it for ease of reference.
