GEMS FAILURE TO DISCLOSE REASONS FOR NON PAYMENT OF DOCTORS DOCTORS

I am a primary member in my spouse's medical aid, GEMS. It's worrisome that GEMS fails to give explanation to the doctors or the members why they refuse to pay the doctors ' bills in full. I recently had to pay a lot of money before I can see a doctors because GEMS failed to pay for claims covered by the option we chose.
