Gems failing us on chronic medication
Gems advised us in 2015 that we should request our doctor to prescribe us generic medication, beginning of 2016 we did exactly that now when we go to the pharmacy to get the medication we are told we need authorisation, which can take up to 5days. This is chronic medication for a disabled person who has a dilapitating illness.
