GEMS failing to help me

Good day

My name is Molebogeng Mokate membership number: ***7. My daughter was admitted on the 26th April 2019 at Springs Parkland Life when she collapsed and taken in by an ambulance. The lady bully the name of Lindiwe assisted me with the query which I thought I thought was dealt with.

To my surprise an email came around October 2020 which alleged I owe Parkland Life an amount of R12 000 for hospitalization of which I took medical aid to help me in time of need. Uptoda date I have not been assisted with this regard and I tried to make a payment of R1 500 which I realised that I could not afford to pay as I cannot afford to to pay the medical aid as well as the hospital bill having a medical aid.

I need help with regards dto getting the matter solved as I did not admit nor diagnosed my daughter to be hospitalized on the 26th March 2019. I've tried several times to get help from them and it's frustrating and draing me as they would not settle the account.

All I need is for the to help me with this regard as it is now affecting my credit record. J would appreciate some kind of feedback and a closure to this matter.
