GEMS failing its members grossly..........

Worst company ever......GEMS requested proof that my son was registered at UCT. This registration papers came 14 days after my sons 21st month end. This was the soonest UCT could send it. Because it was 14 days later they removed him even though all this time been in contact with GEMS to let them know what was happening. Every time I called GEMS a different form was requested by us to fill in. If they had already explained to us that from the beginning that we had to fill in a new dependent form then my son would be reinstated as a member by now after their so called three month exclusion. You never get to speak to the same consultant so you have to explain yourself over and over again. I have spent four months trying to resolve this matter. At one stage I was told that he would be reinstated within 24hours. What a joke. The so called senior managers that I requested to talk to are all completely ***********. Totally pathetic. After the last consultant said he will do his utmost to resolve this and call me back the same day, which he did not, an email was rather sent to me stating that I did not fill in the documents they requested (a lie, which we already done and emailed back to GEMS many times) and need to do so if we want my son reinstated. Can a company be so openly maliciously ***********. I have no words anymore. Sad...................
