Gems ***** exhausting savings instead of benefit

Hello Peter please note that I have been using Gems since 2017 till to date ,I am so dissatisfied with their *****ulent scheme ,I have recently consulted my daughter at JPCCC Educational Pyschology and have claimed my refund till to date they keep on sending me from one pillar to post without paying me ,so recently I found out that they took money from my day to day savings instead of taking from educational pay holy benefit now I can’t use my day to day because of their stupidity yet on all invoices submitted it shows that it is indeed an educational Pyschology ,I have R2700 on my educational benefit but they decided to do this *****ulent activity by exhausting my savings ,I have recently claimed for May and they rejected it saying my savings are exhausted while they used them instead of using the actual benefit !!! I am so dissapontef and I’ll just close this scheme and go apply for a new one if they don’t solve this and refund my savings ASAP
