Gems Emerald Value a complete waist, GEMS way of pocketing money for a haox

Gems Emerald Value useless. I took this plan as it is much cheaper than the Emerald Plan and we have Life Hospitals near us. My son and I need to have our wisdom teeth removed, both of us are having lot of pain and medical illnesses due to these teeth. I phoned 17 dentists and all of then could not help us in a Life Hospital as they are not allowed to operate in them anymore, only the Private Day Hospitals are now the way they go. I phoned GEMS and they said they will not pay unless it is then a Life Hospital. I looked at Knysna and saw they had a Life Knysna Private Hospital and there I found n specialist who are willing to operate in that hospital eventhough they mostly do it also in that private day hospital. It cost me about R5000 in fuel and accommodation to see that doctor and then made all the arrangements for us to be operated on 28 January 2020. GEMS called me informing me that the hospital are not on the list and will not pay for the operation I must find another place to have it done. This is useless and pathetic of GEMS to have a hospital on there website and then tell me they will not pay. So what now? Gems are unwilling to help and both of us are suffering with swelling and infections and I wasted a lot of money for nothing, but when the 15th came GEMS were the firts to take an huge increase in my monthly amount and for what am I actually paying? Life hospitals on there list which they now don't want me to use. I will look into claiming the lost I suffered from them and furthermore the pain and suffering I have with these teeth that are pushing between facial nerves.
