SEVERAL PHONE CALLS ON ON THE 2ND OF JANUARY 2026 WEREBY NO DEDUCTIONS WERE MADE ON THE 2ND OF JANUARY 2026 SEVERAL EMAILS NO ANSWER WEREBY I AM GOING TO MAKE PAYMENT MYSELF NOW AND I'M NOT GOING TO MAKE PAYMENT EXTRA FOR NEGLIGENCE AT ALL.
