Gems DSP does not make sense.

I am on Emerald Value. There are DSPs that I have to go to. I receive dialysis at Wilgeheuwel. Om Tuesday there was a.lroblem and I had to be sorted to the hospital itself. But Wilgeheuwel is not a DSP. I don't understand why I have to go to Wilgeheuwel for dialysis but not to the hospital. It does not.make.sense. I used.tk go to Garden.City for dialysis but Garden City. Is not a.dialysis DSP. SO I had to move. But I can go to the hospital for.treatment. ease.explain this to me. It just does not make.sense..I feel GEMS is not thinking things through and now I am in troue. I was.rransferred.to Morningside Clinic for an angiogr but now GEMS will not pay for ambulance to return to Wilgeheuwel. I am stuck. And I still need treatment.
