GEMS don't choose for us - Manarra services suck

Latest trick GEMS decide for members their choose of courier pharmacy. Some of us choose Medipost but this year GEMS decide they will choose. For 2 months I received my medication (chronic) for 1 dependant from Mararra (our force on us pharmacy) 5 days late and meds is necessary for condition GEMS approved ex gratia last year to an amount. On 6th April 2023 GEMS phoned after I left a message that I don't want Mararra services. They promised me that I they shift me back to Medipost. On 12 April 2023 a claim for Manarra for my meds was approved (who approved and what meds). What meds no answer not from GEMS or Manarra. I was billed for acute meds that I would not have approved (was I contacted NO). No one can tell me what meds to be received. Oh previous day I even received wrong Medicine card with chronic meds on so now I ASK WHAT DO THEY BILL GEMS FOR!!! Can I get either GEMS or Manarra to fix there fault NO. LASTLY IF GEMS WANT TO WASTE MONEY ON CHRONIC MEDS I HAVE NO BUT NO PROBLEMS BUT TO ENRICH PHARMACIES AND PROVIDERS I HATE. THOUCH MY ACUTE I GET ANGRY
