Gems don't care about their members

Hi From my last review about Gems I received a call from legal adviser they will investigate it why the specialist not been paid that is all no feedback until.My attorneys also sent email to them with no result or respond it was last year 24 July 2024 only a email that said they will responding 72 hours and you will contacted telephonically within 120 hours.THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR MEMBERS THE ONY THING THEY CARE IS MONEY.I AM BUSY TO SENT A REPORT TO CMS COUNCIL FOR MEDICAL SCHEMES(OMBUDSMAN).Today we living in world people don't do their work sitting with their phones busy on social media stole time from their bosses.
