Gems doesn’t care

I am suffer long from mental illness and was and I was hospitalized for severe depression a few days into my treatment I was told I don’t have money on my medical aid and I was told to go home and apply for exgratia whitch I did. While I am home I slowly regressing to a point of suicide when I call gems no one can help me they say they are escalating the problem but nothing happens. Today I held for 40 minuted because the lady I spoke to refused to help me. So I ask is the only time they will help once I am dead cause I am coping and speaking to people who have no empathy doesn’t help. I am at a loss I can’t use more than three hundred on airtime and not get help. So now where can I report my medical aid. I am I desperate need and tired of begging people who take money out of my salary everyday
