GEMS does not really care for their clients

I have made about 3 complaints to GEMS to which I never got any responses. The first one was about having to choose one Medical Practitioner to treat you. I submitted a lengthy complaint, they confirmed receipt, but never responded. <br> <br> Secondly, they failed to pay for my son's Orthodontist claims, despite the fact that he was a member and I paid for his membership. My son had to resign from the scheme to join his mother's scheme, but I still pay for him and the statements that they send to me reflect that as well. <br> <br> Simply inefficient!
