Gems does not prioritize the patients

So to this date nothing was done. I am very disappointed with Gems I don't even know what to tell the patients. Can someone just advise what must I do I am caught in between a medical aid that is deliberately denying me claims and innocent patients that does not deserve all these stunts. But the fact remains that dialysis need supplies, if Gems does not have interest in attending to their self made errors what must happen to the patients?
