GEMS does not care!!!!!

I have been struggling to get GEMS pay for my daughter's hearing aids. The supplier provided a qoutation/statement in October 2019. GEMS decided to pay 1 part of the hearing aid after they sent through an approval for the hole quotation. In December 2019 they realized they had a billing issue after I refused to vacate there offices demanding assistance which the did. In January 2020 they paid for half the qoutation excluding vat. Im sitting now with a 6 year old that cant hear, that cannot go to speech therapy as her hearing aid can't work.

How does gems expect to pay for the invoice especially not even the vat. Where in south africa does a medical aid not pay for vat. Its mind boggling how they do not care. A child is suffering an all the can say is sorry. From October to February still with the same problem its shocking.
