Gems discriminates health care providers

I am so disappointed with our government medical scheme. I have always heard this about other medical schemes but I never thought it got this far. So it is true that there is particular preferences of providers that are granted the contracting. As for the rest, Gems will make sure you provide services at the lowest cost. I sent emails after emails that I even followed up with calls, requesting to be added on the Gems provider network. This was so that my dialysis patients do not have co pay,but no I was told that unfortunately for 2020 there shall be no new networks added in the dialysis field. I mean what sense does that make? So basically what Gems is saying is that patients will pay Co payments by force or we as professionals will have to sacrifice and take whatever they decide to pay us? Gems claims and contracting department, please address this for your medical scheme clients to know what your aim is. Because as for me as a provider I see that it is true what other providers complained about that certain preferred providers are added to the network.
