GEMS delaying dependent member becoming main member

Dear GEMS. I want to change the dependent member to the main member. My father has died 10 December 2020. My mother must now become the main member. We have supp**** all the documents. Reference *** says I must provide additional documents Z583 form and consent form. This I did on 18/02/2021. I have been busy with this process since January 2021. I am paying my mothers contribution but according to her doctor and pharmacy she is not registered anymore and therefore not covered even if she is paying the contribution. Can we please speedily complete the transfer. Member no. ***
