GEMS - Decline hospital Admission

Failure to Authorize my moms hospital admission. Upon visiting the gynea for the first time, an ultrasound was done and the gynea assessed the ultrasound and requested that mom gets admitted the same day as her uterine limimh which wad suppose to be 40% had enlargened to over 220%. However at the hospital upon contact GEMS she was denied admission because of the one year waiting period. An investigation has been done by the underwritten department and no satification has been given. Mum went to the GP to be put on a drip etc because of the excessive bleeding. Im extremely upset. Yesterday i called GEMS and tried escalating the matter but i was thrown from one department to the next with no satisfaction been met.
