Gems customer service ignores customer calls

Gems medical Aid customer service has a tendency of ignoring calls. When you are next on line to be served the phone just goes quite and no one responds from their side you have to go back and start quiing online for the service. This is repeated until you give up. Gems service is terrible they must just close shop
