Gems consultants poor service

Have been taken from pillar to post via calls to clear up a suspension on medical aid after the payment was done, they’ll leave u on hold till ur mins exhaust and won’t even bother to call or email u back with the latest update. Their consultants contradict each other and speak different stories on how to solve my issues with Mediclinic from their side. Pathetic service!!!
