Gems consultants-a nightmare

Gems and its consultants, the worst, a nightmare... If they don't intentionally drop your call, they put you on hold for the longest time or they intentionally mute you. The minute you ask to be phoned back because you have been put on hold for over 10, 15 minutes they only promise to phone back but they never do. They never want to escalate calls to their superiors even when they can not assist you, they would rather waste your time and money by placing you on hold..
