GEMS COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT UNRESPONSIVE
I LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST A DOCTOR WHO IS ON THE GEMS SPECIALIST NETWORK DECEMBER 2017. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR ANY COMMUNICATION FROM GEMS. THIS IS A SERIOUS COMPLAINT BUT GEMS DOESNT SEEM TO TAKE IT AS SERIOUS
