GEMS complaints department have outdone themselves

Congratulations to the complaints department of GEMS. They are consistent with responding on time and resolving matters. Their professional call agents listen without interrupting and have a special way of making the client feel important during a call. They are so organised and I wish this work ethic can rub off on other departments in GEMS.
