Gems claims not being paid out

I have been promised over and over again that my claims will be paid out to me after the next payment run. Some of the claims dating back from May and June. This is very pathetic to say the least!

Is there anyone that can assist in this matter? I am not going to spend another minute of my time trying to get hold of the contact centre and get another empty promise.
