GEMS claims

i am trying to process a claim but am STILL waiting on any kind of communication. This issue of having to run after them re claims being processed is really ridiculous and frustrating and time consuming when you are paying to b covered medically and for things to be processed and COMMUNICATED to you with ease. Can you PLEASE give feedback because i cant keep reaching out and not getting a response.
