Gems chronic medication

Gems have managed to solve my problem and they handled it well. I got calls from asking whether the problem was resolved. They are involving me in handling my own medications by telling me what they need early so that I can handle their request for motivation letter with my doctor. Which is a good thing. I get to have a copy of the motivation letter and prescription so I can send them to gems as early as possible even if my doctor has sent them. I want to make sure that they receive it so that they can review as soon as possible
