Gems causing me huge stress

Hi I'm absolutely devasted. I almost didn't touch my psychology consultations benefits this year and they keep rejecting we have tried everything and now also my 1 physio session they don't want to cover or send the claim back. Please help me with regards to these two if someone can just phone me please at ***. Please I'm on emerald value I pay a lot!
