Gems - call center too busy to assist!!!!

Worst service ever!!! I have tried to resolve non payment by scheme for a month. Now when you phone the call centre you are not assisted because their call volumes are high!!!!! Really!!! they have many members with problems and that is the real problem!!!! They will call you back.... which does not happen!!! So you are stranded.... this is disgusting!!!!
