Gems beryl always decline GP consultation
Am having so much headache with gems beryl option not a single go consultation i have never called gems but all my consultation are not paid with the GP am getting statements that GEMS rejected the GP CLAIMS can you relook at this matter as I real making more sick now why the GP not paid yet I called and given details of this medical center as network provider. Can you sort this out it becoming too much ever since I joined GEMS am getting difficulties for the 1st time in 15 yrs on medical aid experiencing this. On the 30th I left all my medications at the pharmacy because GEMS was not paying for all my chronic as per doctor script yet we submit in November the chronic medications request until this day GEMS has not approved that alone forced me attend doctors now n than for my health
