GEMS BAD SERVICES

Good day,I have just received an account from My ENT specialist about an account that wasn't paid by GEMS,I am getting tired of GEMS for putting me once again into debt.My visit to my ENT Specialist is an PMB,but everytime I have an problem with GEMS paying the account of my ENT Specialist. I am sitting with an account for the Service dates of the 26/10/2022,and an account for the 23/11/2022.I am seriously tired and irritated by GEMS with leaving us with major accounts.Once again we paying alot of money for our Contributions. My Contributions with them it's almost R3000 per month.If I need to I will always expose GEMS on social media.
