It is os sad that they do not understand that you have to get tests done to get diagnosed with a medical condition. By declining tests it only gonna cost the medical aid a lot more money if something happens and you end up in hospital because of that. Rather let your clients get the tests done and get propper treatment than ending up in hospital. Must go for test because of a possible medical nerve condition due to fibromalagia and blood problems. Been decilined for these in room tests twice now. First they declined it for hospitalation which i did not ask for. When i phoned and ask why because i did not ask for authoratation for hospitalitation, they said no it is just because there was a letter short at the icd10 code. They could have just asked for the right info. Yesterday they declined it fir a second time saying it doesn't meet their creteria. What level of sick must you be before they decide that you are sick enough to get tested and treated.
