GEMS BAD ADMIN
I am a government employee and entitled to medical aid. I have been struggling with Gems to become a member for nine months. They can not open faxed or emailed documents. I even went to their walk in centre in Braamfontein....twice!!!!!!!!!!And still they cannot get all the paperwork done. I struggle to get them to phone me, when I phone them I use up all my money, when I email I get an automated response or something close to it.
