What bad service!!! I’ve called GEMS for 100th time and they keep cutting my calls! No one can explain to me why the op which is due on Saturday is declined! They have asked for Xrays I’ve sent them but they still want Xrays now I don’t know what they want from me anymore! I’m in pain and should be in theatre this Saturday but no authorization granted and no one can explain as to why it was declined! Yet we pay every damn month! They don’t miss on payments but they can’t assist us let alone reason as to why it is declined!! What does one do in this matter???
