GEMS arrogant, useless, *********** scheme

GEMS has been failing to add dependants on my Medical aid since October 2023 to date despite having received all information required and they also confirmed that receipt and all was in order but they keep demanding same information that they confirmed to be in order. This is the most *********** and arrogant Medical scheme ever I regret being it's member. After receiving SMSes yesterday demanding same information that was submitted I phoned to find out what was happening and consultant Lizzy hung the phone on me. This is indeed a typical, useless, arrogant, ***********, unreliable government scheme. This really makes me sick honestly.
