Gems approves treatment , then rejectes

I am now going to take this matter to the newspapers! GEMS is ridiculous!!!

This letter states that my 11 year old sons Orthodontics has been approved after weeks of fighting with GEMS!!!

I go onto my statement to see that it has been rejected and minimal amounts for frivolous codes have been approved.

I AM DISGUSTED IN HOW GEMS CONDUCTS THEMSELVES! This is the authorisation number 223028
