GEMS approved hospitals?

2019 we could still use "Life Faerie Glen Hospital" . now they have removed this hospital from their list.You now have to pay R12000 extra if you go there. The specialist only operates in that hospital We are pensioners and can not afford to pay the R12000. GEMS are not interested in our problem and say that is the rule. What is the use of a medical scheme if they can not help you. The "Life" hospitals have all been excluded with the exception of a few clinics. This makes you wonder?
