GEMS APPLICATION ALWAYS A DISASTER.

Gems medical aid has the worst application process and turnaround time.

I have app**** for medical aid in October before they cut off time. Till date the application cannot be finalized. Consultants are always confused when I call in, asked numerous times for a manager to call in. Absolutely pathetic service!!!
