Gems application

My son has been on my medical aid since he was born. On turning 21 I was notified to reapply. I did this a month before him turning 21. I have now struggled for 5 MONTHS to get hi, added again. First I was sent the wrong forms. Then the forms weren't completed correctly. I have sent 9 emails gotten 2 reference numbers when phoning. And still nothing was done. <y son has co-morbidities and I desperately want him to be vaccined. He is totally dependent on me as he can not go to work because of his co-morbidities. Twice wile phoning I was denied to speak to a supervisor and the phone was put down in my ear. Please help. I am desperate!
