GEMS - Another government joke

I have had to now wait a week for approval from some medical board to approve my 8yr old son's viral warts and partial skin graft procedure. Concerned that we're doing it for cosmetic benefit. Really?? An 8yr and cosmetic procedure?? IF they did their homework properly, they would see that we've been back on forth to the GP for the last 6 months trying to get these things frozen or treated, with zero success. This is the last resort to try and save an innocent 8yr boy from suffering self-doubt and developing a negative image of himself. The trauma that he had endure during the last 6 months notwithstanding. Tell me will you also decline the physiological treatment he will need if this goes on any longer?? But you deduct the monthly monies seamlessly and you increase the annual fee above inflation without so much as a thought as to how it affects those out there. Then when you need them to come through for you, they decide to act out and delay you without end in sight. Well done GEMS
